I want to exchange goods

If, for example, you bought a t-shirt and found out that the t-shirt has a color you don't like or the size doesn't fit, it's no problem to exchange the t-shirt.

For each product, you have instructions on what we consider an unusable product.
(Washed, ironed, perfumed product, defect created by the buyer, other clearly visible defects caused by the buyer either carelessly or accidentally.)
As a rule, we change everything without problems, because we never had to solve or prove anything and everything went smoothly for both parties. :-)

When contacting us, we will agree on the following procedure

SEND THE T-SHIRT BACK TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Put the invoice or a copy of it in the envelope, write a text that clearly refers to the reason for the exchange.
It is also possible to download a complaint form and fill in everything necessary.
You can find everything in the INFORMATION column on the store's website.
We recommend placing CZK 50 in the envelope for our costs of resending the new T-shirt (applies to cases for which we are not responsible). Otherwise, we will have to send the t-shirt cash on delivery again and the price will increase by CZK 30, i.e. CZK 80 in total.
By law, we have a deadline of 30 days from the day the package is picked up, but we try to resolve everything as quickly as possible (for example, when the product is due for a birthday/Christmas and there is a chance to do everything).
