Shipping times

We try to send the ordered goods as soon as possible, if they are in stock, we ship the next working day at the latest.

Delivery times depend on your preferred delivery method and the time you place your order. If the order is placed on a working day before approximately 12:00, we send you the ordered goods on the same day. If you order in the afternoon or evening, expect delivery the next working day. It may happen that you are really in a hurry for the goods, but you do not have time to place the order during the morning - then do not hesitate to contact us by phone at 724 738 198 or 607 239 898 and if it is in our power, we will be happy to accommodate you and try the goods anyway send.

If you choose the option of delivery via the Czech Post, the usual deadline for delivery of the parcel (ordinary package) is within three working days. If you choose a package in hand (or express package), the goods should be delivered to you the next working day after your order has been processed. You also have the option of choosing PPL or Zásilkovna for transport, which will also deliver the goods to you the next working day after receiving your shipment.

We only ship goods within the Czech Republic.
